Challenge
Softplan needed to align its catalog with its recent rebrand. Fracto developed a layout project focused on clarity, modernity and consistency, making sure the materials reflected the brand's innovation and solid authority.
As one of Brazil’s largest technology companies for public sector management, Softplan has the responsibility of communicating complex solutions in a clear, institutional way. After going through an extensive rebranding process, the company faced a challenge common to large corporations: a visual mismatch between the new brand and its library of sales materials.
The product catalog still reflected an outdated identity and failed to convey the innovation of the company’s new chapter. Fracto’s strategic challenge was to lead this transition. We needed to update this dense material, applying the new visual identity not just as an aesthetic change, but as a functional design system capable of organizing technical data without losing the solidity and credibility that the public sector and the B2B market demand.

Solution
To resolve this friction, Fracto took on the strategic layout design of a series of Softplan product e-books. The work went far beyond a simple adaptation: we developed new graphic standards, layout grids and typographic hierarchies that translated the rebranding guidelines into a dynamic, intelligent editorial layout. We organized the reading flow so that dense technical information became smooth and easy to absorb.
The visual language was fully modernized with clean elements, strategic white space and color palettes that guide the reader’s eye intuitively. The result is a highly consistent set of communication assets. Softplan now has catalogs that not only explain its products but also reinforce the company’s new chapter, projecting its unquestionable authority and modernity in the market.
